Just jointed and wanted to say hello..

My name is Chuck and I live in the town of Puyallup, Wa.(Close to Tacoma in western Washington). Well I have been a griller for years(Weber kettle's)but I just purchased the Masterbuilt XL smoker a Maverick ET732 and I am looking to learn all I can about running a smoker. I have been doing lots of reading here and have been buying up the things I need as I go.
