Hello from the OC

Hello there I am from OC in CALI I am fairly new to the smoking scene but I have BBQ for pretty much my whole life. I got a combo bbq/smoker for christmas and have not stopped thinking of something to smoke every weekend to perfect my techique. I found this site by pure luck searching for reviews on side firebox's. I hope to learn as much as I can about smokers and smoking and perhaps do some competitions some day.
