Hi there,

My name is Marc, I am from New Brunswick, Canada (East of Maine).  I currently have a Brinkman bullet electric smoker.  One of the rack/water pan support is broken, and since I've never been a fan, it's going to be recycled.

200$ is my smoker budget, I'm currently looking at either the Master Forge or Masterbuilt 2 door propane vertical smoker.  The latter is 300$ locally, but Sears has it for 180$ in the US and I'm going to Bangor in March so I might pick it up then.

The burner appears to be better quality on the Masterbuilt.  However, I like that the Master Forge also has lower vents.  Reading on here, neither seems perfect and both require minor mods to work good.

Anyway, I'll keep reading on here, since I still have a few weeks before my trip to Bangor.

Marc...
