Hi all,
I am new to the forum but have been making sausages, smoking meat and brewing beer for years. I am sure a few of you out there are into the home brew scene as well as it is about as natural a fit and bacon is to eggs! I have been poking around the forum and am sure there is lots to be gained from the experienced members here and I look forward to contributing what I can.
