Hello from South Dakota!

Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself.  Im from Aberdeen, SD and I just got my first smoker, an analog MES 30,  for christmas.  I've been lurking and learning lots on here for the past few months and experimenting as much as possible.  Figured it was about time to register and thank everyone on here for their advice, and hope to contribute soon!
