Ed here from Yorba Linda, CA. Just joined the forum and can't wait to look at all the good info. I've always been a griller and occasional smoker, but decided to get serious and bought a Masterbuilt 2door gas smoker. Heading out to get ribs now! Look forward to the grilling and camping season
