Hello to all, my name is Tony and I purchased a WSM 22.5 (I call him R2D2) back in NOV, 2012 and I fill that puppy up every weekend, rain (not too often out here) or shine (most of the time

). My family loves it and this is the first Xmas gift to myself that everyone in the house enjoys just as much as me. :) Bare with me guys because I'm knew and may have a ton of questions. I've been reading a lot about this new hobby for the past two months now so i do attemp to use the search function. Glad to be a member and look forward to stepping up my game this year!

:welcome1:. You will find that this is a friendly and helpful bunch. If you have questions about anything, just type it in the search bar, as it may have already been asked and answered. I grew up in San Diego, and miss that great weather!

Why thank you Dennis. I look forward to engaging with the fellow smokers here and learning a ton of new things. I love the city minus the cost of living lol but all and all it's all good, thanks for the warm welcome and hope to be chatting with you in the future.

:welcome1: from the other side of the country , where it is currently cold as a well diggers butt !
I got a WSM 18.5 this year and I love it. I've learned a ton here and everyone has been great. Looking at pix of everyone's BBQ is keeping me going til spring! Good luck , brother

to the SMF.  You will love the information you get from this forum and will never be sorry you joined.

Soon Kat and Dave will be along to welcome you properly but until then I will just pass along the fact that we really LIKE Q-view - pictures of the food you smoke on that BGE of yours.

Good luck and get smokin'
