I come from the Valley of the Sun, where I can smoke without fire, and cold smoking really is not an option!
I have dabbled in smoking, and done a lot of grilling in my time. I have smoked on a Weber Smokey Mountain- a few turkeys, some chicken, a few racks of ribs.
I made some bacon last fall that was good, but could be so much better, and I have been smoking a lot of ribs on my Weber Kettle lately, and want to take a next step.
I am thinking about building a smoke house, because I have most of the required parts hanging around.
I'm looking to upgrade my smoked food to the next level.
