hello all i have gotten alot of help from this site! i am a noob and use a cheap brinkman, but have gotten hooked on the flavor and the way smoking lets you cook while you get other things done. i am into auto restoration and i can cook while i turn wrenches! love nascar and my new smoking hobby will go nice with the upcoming racing season.
