Hello From Iowa

New to smoking from Ankeny, Iowa. I recently got into smoking while recovering from hip repair surgery and watching the many episodes of BBQ Pitmasters. I have a Red Stone Grill/Smoker that I picked up on clearance at a local store. My goal is to compete in our local Summerfest BBQ event in July 2013. I look forward to reading the many post to learn and hopefully master the art of smoking.
