Thought I would let my presents be known here and introduce myself, I'm Adam from Northern IN I have am an active All Grain home brewer I also make soft cheeses and Kombucha. Today I decided to try my hand at curing meat so I made  summer sausage this is my first meat cure I've done and I am interested in learning more and looking forward to reading what other folks have to offer.
