Hello Everyone,

My name is Alex Hart from Meridian, Idaho. My wife and I appreciate good food and like to cook & grill but we're newbies when it comes to smoking. I'm in the trial and error stage right now.. made some rookie mistakes with my first couple of attempts and I'm here to learn from you all. I'm thankful that this forum exists and I'm happy to be a new member here!
