Been smokin in multiple contraptions for the last 20 years now im steppin up to try my hand at cold smokin and found this awsome site about a month ago. I am currently buildin a  1958 GE frige as a hot/cold  smoker i have learned alot already. So now that i have been lurking here awhile and my wife has been sayin "your on that site again"

 I thought i would join and try to contibute a little  cause i have already learned so much. I look forward to talking to all you smoke heads........
