Hello from Alberta

I'm new at this, I'm picking up a Bradley electric smoker today . And hopefully I can make this work for me . I done a lot of checking smokers out and for my purpose this electric one seems to be the one for me . I plan to do jerky,chicken and ribs and as I learn maybe do more in it . {I will find out }. The only thing I'm a little concern about, is the controller for it, the electric one has more to go wrong then the manual one.  

I'm sure you will be hearing from me more as I try to smoke different items.. That's all I got to say for now.
