Having Big Problems

I'm sorry the wife had me so busy I completely forgot to post back.

They came out great and I got cheers from everyone.

I don't have the pictures with me here at work, but I hope that I can get them up tonight.

I really want to thank everyone in the community again that helped me, and so many others who helped me get better at smoking and didn't know it since I had been a lurker here for a long time before I decided to open an account.

This was just proof that I need to get off my fat butt and get the mods done.

So it took about 8 hours to get to 140???

That's not safe.

My process started at 1am. This included getting the smoker rolling and fully heated to 300, tuning it down and getting it set at 225. Getting the meat ready and all that good stuff.

In my haste of dealing with the problem I didn't go into all the details on that part.

As of right now, no one has died or expelled anything from their body in a way that isn't normal, haha. Although it was food for the inlaws....
