Just wanted to stop in and wish all my Fellow Father smokers a blessed
Fathers day!
I havent had allot of time for Q views lately but still plugging away.
sausage making is becoming more than a hobby and its Brat season!!
been making 50- 60 pounds every couple weeks.
slow Qed BBQ chicken today coming off in about 20 minutes after 5 hrs low and slow over apple. last hour @ 325 with some sauce.
