Hello all.  Just joined this forum while doing some research for a new smoker.  I thought I knew about backyard cooking, but I learned a lot the last couple days (never heard of pellet smokers, the minion method, or putting sand in the water bowl).   Looking forward to learning more!

I'm currently doing a dry run with a cheap Master Forge and will probably do some modifications before the Thanksgiving turkey!
