Happy smoking in west Alabama

Just bought a Char Broil American Gourmet OFB this past weekend and am looking forward to learning the in's and out's of smoking delicious food.  I havent modded the thing yet, as I would like to get more familiar with the quirks of this individual smoker before i decide what to change.

Hopefully i can post some Q-View of some beautiful boston butt this weekend
