Hi there! My name is Jess and my husband and I are total foodies and drinkies! We got an electric smoker for Christmas and are super excited to get started!!!! Any and all suggestions would be much appreciated!!!!!!  And I'd LOVE to get some recipes...hoping the weather cooperates and we can do our first smoke this Saturday the 5th!
