I've been invited to a Perch fish fry on Saturday, so I'm doing a whole whack of ABTs and some pig candy for Horses Doovers.
Going to mix a local butchers farmer style garlic sausage, with a Jalepeno cheese ball and cream cheese.

How does that sound?

The food sounds great but what in the world is Horses Doovers?

Just playing with Hors' Dourves ..French for those little snacky things usually served on a cracker.

Some of the peppers are 'Mini sweets' that I found in our local grocer. They are from Nogales, Az. The little woman doesn't like anything hot, so my brother Big Bad Bri told me about them. The rest are jalepenos and the Hungarian hot.
Can't wait!!!!

Everyone have a great and safe 1st. and 4th and the fish and abt sure sounds gooood too ... we are going to a b. day party for my step dad so I will be eating cake and Icecream the wife is making a nascar cake for him #24 I will post a pic of it friday
