Wow!!! What a suprise! Thank you all. Unfortunately no smoking for me today. Just eating the products lol. My mes30 is on fritz so till I can fix the hick up am using my old analog with Auber controler. Works a charm too. Made 10 lbs. Of Krakowska ham sausage 3 days ago. Turned out exelent.
