just bought a hanger for the first time. Looks good and is nicely marbled. What’s best way to cook. My butcher is Bukharaian and he said kebabs. Any other ides?
Thanks
G

A fantastic cut of beef!

1 ) Very high heat sear to med-rare, salt/pepper.
2) Marinate as for carne asada, very high heat to med-rare.
3) Shish kebabs, big chunks, lots of salt and garlic, very high heat to med-rare.
4) Brazilian spiced, skewered and cooked open flame to med-rare, chimchurri on the side.
