My older friend on river been having a bit of a time lately. Getting old sucks. He loves ham so cooked him up a dinner. Of course I had to have a plate. I wanted the juices for some beans so just baked it the oven. It ended up having a nice smoke flavor to it and very tender. Made some of Roberts sour cream rolls. Man are those good. Also made some banana bread. All the left overs besides a little ham went to friends at river. Was planning on making some of Jeff's ham salad but did not get done. I will be doing another ham soon just for that.
