My wife has asked me to cook ribs for a charcuterie type ensemble of meat, sauces, & other assorted stuff for a gathering this weekend. What she has showed me is pretty cool so I'm gonna cook 4 racks of St. Louis ribs with a nice red rub for the platter. More than she needs but I'm positive they won't go to waste with this group. My peeps like my ribs - makes me happy. Anyway it should turn out cool and I'll post pics here of that project. Please feel free to jump in with any of your goolish dishes, ideas, or photos you prepare for the festivities. I'm always looking to steal an idea
