Half Rack of Baby Backs

I really can't remember why, but at some point I vacuum packed 1/2 a rack of baby backs last year.... but they were in the freezer taking up space.
Today they hit the pit with mustard, my rub and tossed in the Pit Barrel with some Cherry and Post Oak.
