Thanks Holly! Besides pastrami and bacon, I’ve not cured anything else. I just got a second refrigerator dedicated to curing, so I will start researching now!! To me, the time invested is part of what makes it so fun. I’ve got a cure calendar going with all my bacon, so to add bresaola or pepperoni or prosciutto is something I greatly look forward to!

Well before you joined someone else had the same dog with sunglasses pic as you had up. I know because I made a meme with it and still have it in my private message from last winter. I can't find the dog pic out there online so I was assuming it was a private photo.

Maybe there is an explanation.
I just would hate to see this other guy come back as a fake. He was a jerk.
Pizza looks very good.
