any ideas on scratch recipe for ground jerky other than those found online
come up short on ideas
just a basic "original' type blend

I dont have an answer for you but maybe try searching the search bar.
 
Most of my jerky is salt , black pepper and cure 1 .
Here's a thread on 3 types .
 
Most of my scratch jerky recipes were for whole muscle thinly sliced goose breast or deer roast. Im a huge fan of using High Mountain seasonings for the ground meat. Never once been disappointed!
