Ground beef jerky recipies

Hi all.  I got a Jerky gun fro christmas this year and am really enjoying it.  Downside is the Kits you buy that come with the cure are not available in any of the stores where I live.  I was just wondering if anyone has any good recipes for a variety of flavors that i can make out of ground beef (chicken, pork, turkey and venison as well).
