I have the 1/2 hp commercial grinder from Cabela's and love it.

Thanks thats what I need to know..I am so tired of these hand and small elec. ones that are the pits and give me the Reds...

I had a small electric on and burned thru it. The commercial one is well worth it.

Thats exactly what I want my meat to look like when it comes out of the grinder.
