Grilled Whole Duck

Picked up two ducks at the local market. Stuffed them with oranges, blackberries, onions, and raisins. Also injected them with orange juice. Sprickled some salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cumin.
 
Damn phone app....

Set up indirect with some applewood

About an hour and a half in, through some potatoes next to them

After two and a half hours, threw them in a 500 degree oven to crisp up the skin...came out looking like this

These are the smouldering remains of the applewood. The dripping duck fat kept them smoking and not burning.

All in all worked out very nicely.
