How's everyone doing? Pleasure to be here. Fresh out of college and just bought my first smoker, a Smoke Hollow 34 in. LP Gas Smoker (Didn't do much research beforehand. Any Reviews?)

Names Scott. Born and raised in the Dayton, Ohio area. As stated I just finished up college, now just trying to pursue my dream of of becoming a Firefighter/Paramedic. Very inexperienced as a smoker. Have some basic knowledge of cooking on a grill and have attempted to smoke a brisket and on 2 different occasions, a rack of pork ribs. All three were edible at best haha, but have to start somewhere.

Can't wait to get started and learn everything I can about the Art of Smoking.
