Hi all I live in yuma az. I use a smokin pro chargriller offset smoker and a weber kettle 22.5. I've smoked meat for 4 years now. Ribs are my strenghts. I sometimes dry out the flat part of briskets, so I say briskets are my weakness. I alternate between my chargriller and my weber kettle. Should I notice a difference in the end product when I use one or the other? I mean should the chargriller outperform the kettle, or are they equal? I use indirect when I make briskets on the weber, but I've dried some out a little. Maybe I should stick with the brinkman for the large cuts of meat. What do u guys think.
