The name is Beard. Im an engineering tech for a local engineering and fabrication firm in North Bend, Oregon.
I'm quite new to the smoking world and have a growing interest in the field. I've been sneaking around the forums for the past couple weeks while on the hunt for my first smoker.
While on a weekend road trip, I broke down and bought a Masterbuilt Sportsman Elite 30" gas smoker. I haven't even fully assembled it yet (got home a little late), but I'm already a little surprised with the quality of the cabinet for the price. Looking forward to getting her put together and seasoned.
