I live in a small town in New Mexico called Magdalena and I am in love with smoked meat! My family bought me a camp stove smoke vault 22 inch for fathers day that works fantastic! I tried chicken first because I heard it was easy to do and it was the best chicken I ever had! So now everyday is hmm... what do I try tonight? Yesterdays was potatoes, corn on the cob and 1 inch thick pork chops. Meat turned out fantastic. Corn should have pulled out sooner and potatoes should have went in first, but learn as you go i guess. Don't know yet what to try tonight but I am very excited to have it. Possibilities are endless and with the help of this forum I should really put out some jaw dropping food!!
