Hello everyone,

Just found the forums today while searching around the web.  I've been smoking meats for about 3 yrs now with my old Brinkman charcoal smoker but it needed replaced.  My great wife bought me a new 30" Charbroil electric smoker for Christmas.  Even though I've been doing it for a while I still consider myself a novice.  I've only done the basics like chicken, pork and salmon.

Anyway, glad to see I found a forum of like-minded individuals.

Thanks all!  I'm down here in SW PA.  Within the suburbs of Pittsburgh.  Hope you all are enjoying the snow!
