This is Dan from Las Vegas, I am currently using a Brinkman ECB modified with a freestanding, vented fire pan with added charcoal grate, temp gauge, and vented lid, a luhr jensen big chief electric (for jerky and smoked salmon) and a char broil gas grill. I hope to be replacing the gas grill with a weber one touch, (or possibly an offset box?) And I would like to eventually get a weber smoky mt smoker. I am still (always) learning, and can't wait to benefit from the experience and advice from the experts here! I smoke and grill a lot of red meat, chicken, and sometimes salmon. I would like to know what the best charcoal grill would be to get (without spending $800 on a komado) I am leaning toward weber's 22.5" kettle grill. It seems to be the best quality around $100, but I am curios to see what the experts here think.

Thanks,

Dan
