I am a retired Millwright living in eastern Kentucky and I am looking foreward to learning to smoke meat and sausage from the fine people of this awesome site. I can't wait to make many new friends and meet so many people that will share their smoking knowlege

I am making my smoker it will have an offset firebox and a large smoking chamber and I used a 40 gallon air compressor tank for the cooking area
