Well hello one and all! Name's Bruce (insert Monty Python reference here if you're old enough), living and working in the shadow of the more-or-less almighty University of Florida. I might retire one of these years, might not. If we can catch ribs, pork shoulders, or briskets on sale we trot out the ancient Brinkmann with the ground fault in the heating element, throw on some chips (1/2 hickory 1/2 apple for pork, cherry for beef), rub everything down with Joe's Stuff (q.v.), and let 'er rip.
In my spare time I fall behind on the wife's to-do list, build and repair guitars and ham radio antennas, fix watches, play on my church's worship team, bicycle, binge-watch anime, and long for a decent Chinese place to open up within walking distance of work.
