Hello all my name is Ivan and im from san diego. I've been smoking meats since i first stumbled onto

this site about a year and a half ago (life hasnt been the same since) Havent cooked anything in a few months however. I use a brinkmann dual function charcoal/gas grill/smoker. i guess my skill level is still pretty amateur. I play guitar in a couple bands and i enjoy shooting guns .

well i guess thats it, i hope to learn from all you folks and make some new friends.
