Greetings Everyone and Happy Thanksgiving.

I am originally from Colombia but live in Centennial in the Metro area of Denver. I have been smoking since 2010 after I decided to purchase a Brinkmann Gas smoker. I am also an avid griller and baker. 

I am looking forward to share ideas and get some good feedback from everyone.
