Greetings to the Smoking Meat Forum...I'm looking forward to gaining some insight into new BBQ techniques/recipes, local/state events, and what other BBQ'ers in the area have to share. Got hopes of one day joining the competition circuit. Right now, I'm still deciding on my first actual smoker...been tossing around the thoughts of a BGE, Primo, Grill Dome, or some other Kamado style rig...but I'd love to hear any thoughts or suggestions.
