Hello everyone!

Well, after grilling just about everything that wasn't nailed down (grilled banana splits anyone?), I decided to see what sort of things I can fit into my smoker!

I have a Masterbuilt Extra-Wide propane smoker, and have already replaced the chip pan (cast iron pan) and the water pan (larger size). I just received my Maverick dual probe remote thermometer (ET-732), and have already started my smoking adventures. Thus far, I've tackled ribs (3-2-1 method), Tri-tip, Pseudo-pastrami, tandoori chicken, and beer-can chicken. Everything seems to be working fine, but I do have a couple of questions that I'll post over in the appropriate forums. Hope to get some Qviews from the next batch or two.

Ah well, off to bed after a long day smokin'
