Good evening, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Marty. I'm out of a small town

in Illinois, just outside of St Louis. I manage an engraving shop on an Air Force Base.

Lasers, sublimation, vinyl cutters all sorts of cool tools. I come from a commercial photography

& short run publishing background, I dabble a bit in music and pen turning....but enough about

that lets get SMOKIN!

I am a bit new to this so bear with me. I don't have a smoker persay, but a 4 burner gas grill (Lowes style :)

A few weeks a go I picked up  the A-Maze-N pellet smoker, man can that generate smoke! First it was

pork chops, then skirt steaks, cheese and yesterday ribs. Not great, but acceptable for a rookie.

So now that my introduction is out of the way time to get reading and learn something!
