Hi everyone! My name is Chris, I am new to the smoking world but my dad has been doing it for years so familiar with the process. I just got my first one a MasterChef propane smoker for Father's Day weekend. Look forward to being a part of the group, was able to look around and seems like a great place to get ideas for recipes and ask general questions all together.
