Brought my gosm to work with me yesterday and had a meatloaf made up and ready to go. Put it in about 7:30 thinking it would take 3 or 4 hours but ended up being done in about 2.5. No big deal, we all had smoked meatloaf at 10:00 in the morning!
Put in a turkey breast about 9:00 and it was done by about 11:30. While the turkey was in I asked the guys if they wanted some ABTs and fatties, of course the answer was yes. I went to the store and got 2 rolls of sausage and 10 jalapenos. Put the sausage in and made up the ABTs and they were both done about 1:00. It was the first time I had made ABTs and they were AWSOME!! I have had them before but never made them, I think I'll be making them just about every week. I want to smoke some chicken and stuff some of that in with the cream cheese!! The meatloaf was ok, I'll try it again but was not my favorite. The turkey breast was great and the fatties, well of course they were good. We were already talking about buying a smoker to put on our patio by the office. Nothing like getting paid to smoke food all day!
