I bought a Weber Performer Deluxe about 10 days ago and I ordered a few accessories for it directly from Weber. One of the items I ordered was a cover. When the cover arrived, I realized I had ordered the wrong one. I ordered Part #7151 which fits the Performer with the folding table and what I needed was Part #7152. I sent Weber Customer Service an email explaining that I made the mistake but If they would allow me to return the unopened cover, I would order the correct one as soon as I got the return credit. On Monday of this week, I got an email from Customer Service saying that the new cover was being shipped at no charge and there was no need returning the one I already had. The new cover arrived yesterday. That is amazing customer service.
I have enjoyed this forum so much and learned so much from the members that I would like to "pay it forward". I will ship the cover (Part #7151) for the folding table Performer free of charge and I will cover the shipping to the first person that needs it and is willing to send me their mailing address.
