broke the new grill in yesterday, put it together and ran it on high for about an hour. this is the older model with a dial, not the digital board so there will be a learning curve to get my temps right. using my maverick and will continue to play until i do a spatch chicken on it sunday.
also interested in seeing whet the temp swing will be when i set it to 225 to 250.
i did notice that being on high for an hour and that fan blowing there was some ash deposited on the grill, is this normal or was it the cheap pellets i was using for the test runs?
anyone that has experience with this style grill please help me out here and increase my learning curve !!!!!
