Hi,

My name is Bill Schober and I live in the beautiful Sierra Mt foothills over looking the Northern San Joaquin Valley just outside of Pine Grove, CA.  I have recently got a MES 40" SS 1st Generation smoker and am really impressed with it.  In the past I have smoked on a Weber for a few years.

My hobby is working with my CNC machine that I built and designed myself, this gives me a lot oak scraps for smoking...
