Just wanted to stop in and introduce myself.  My name is Aaron, I live in the southwestern corner of New York, and I have a BBQ addiction.  My Avatar shows the 11# fresh picnic that is currently on my smoker at 1:20am local time.  My current rig is a Char-Griller 5050 with side box.  I also have 2 Brinkman water smokers.  I am currently building a rig from a 300 gallon round tank, and I'm planning on building a cold smoke smokehouse over the summer.

My current rig.  No mods yet, but I'm thinking about it.

My build, wire brushed the paint off the door area.

Got the door marked out.

My oldest son trying his hand with the cutting torch... he's a better welder than a cutter!

Door cut out, and burning the barrel out.

Needless to say, Ive got my hands full!

After 20.5 hours, it was ready to eat!

Had to be some of the best pulled pork Ive ever had.  My only complaint was the yield wasn't what I had expected.  Once skinned, cooked down, and shredded, I dont think I got much more than 5lbs.  Its all good, next time I'll just make 2!
