I have a couple of electric knives, but neither really cuts through meat as easily as I like. I am looking for anyone's advice as to what the very best and SHARPEST electric knife out there is. Sharpness is the key as I cut meat for bbq contests and presentation is very important. Thanks in advance for any advice.
